Cinchona micrantha is a species of flowering plant in the family Rubiaceae. It is a tree with thin leaves, white flowers, and capsule fruits. The species is native to Peru. Cinchona micrantha was described in 1799, and is listed as of Least Concern by the IUCN.

Overview
The leaves are papery when dry, thin, ovate to obovate, 7.6-27 cm in long, and 5-17 cm in wide. The leaves have domatia between the veins. The leaf stems are 1.2-3.8 cm in long.
The calyx is 1.1-1.6 mm in long, with 0.3-0.7 mm in long lobes. The corolla is a white tube, measuring 5.1-7.3 mm in long, with 2.7-4.4 mm in lobes.
The fruit is a dehiscent, ovoid to subcylindrical capsule, measuring 8-30 mm in long, and 4-7 mm in wide. The endocarp is papery. The seeds are 6.4-9.3 mm in long, and 1.3-2.8 mm in wide.

Habitat & conservation
Cinchona micrantha is native to the wet tropical biome of eastern Peru. It grows at elevations of 500-3000 m ft, on the eastern slopes of the Andes.

In 2022, the IUCN assessed Cinchona micrantha as of Least Concern.
